Does the TR7-10 have an off set from the TANGENT of the round to the outside edge of the 3 1/4" rectangle or is it circle cross hair to center lines?

A. The Air King TR7-10 is offset from the tangent of the round to the outside edge. Only the top chokes down the the bottom is flat.
