The Air King 15 Gallon Drum Style Furnace Mounted Humidifier creates a comfortable living environment. Our patented seamless polyurethane pad assures steady, even drum rotation and will never separate. The cabinet is constructed of clear, high temperature plastic that never rusts and allows you to see that the unit is operating.

  • 12 Gallon output per day humidifies up to 3200 square feet.
  • High temperature plastic cabinet with easy left or right hand ducting and an easily removable, high temperature thermoplastic water pan.
  • Patented one piece adjustable float valve.
  • Uses evaporative pad model 90S or 90AB

priced right fair results What came was not the same as the photo on the page has a metal cover not plastic. Also being installed as per the instruction's on the return side of the furnace did raise the household humidity somewhat, maybe I needed a larger unit but not according to my square footage. Must admit a very easy installation and the price was right. April 21, 2011
Good product However the picture is not the same, specially the cover,it is not clear plastic, it is all metal. with a little window. But the instructions were complete and very easy to install. January 9, 2011
Great Humidifier After looking over all of the choices available for humidifiers, this one really stood out when it came to price...substantially lower than the competitors. I was hesitant about purchasing as the price was so much lower. The installation looked complicated. Well, I finally "bit the bullet" and ordered it. Wow what a nice surprise! After assembling it, I was astounded at the finished product. This thing is great! No air leaks at all. Although it comes in many pieces, it goes together very tightly. I was able to wire it to my system directly and did not need the provided humistat. And no more NOISY humidifiers in the house! Just buy it! December 9, 2010
economical our water bill went thru roof last year and i blame tjis partially on flow thru humidifier--wish this unit were a little stronger (pay more ok) December 5, 2010

How do i order extra filters?

A. You can replace the pads by purchasing the P-94, which is a 12 pack of Evaporative Pads for the AK4500.

Do you need a floor drain?

A. THIS UNIT IS NOT SUPPLIED WITH A DRAIN TUBE. HOWEVER WE DO RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE AND INSTALL A 1/2” DRAIN TUBE (SEE SECTION INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS) TO PROTECT AGAINST WATER OVERFLOW.
