Wish I knew better We purchased four of these fans for our community fitness center, because they oscillated. But they don't oscillate. Well, they do, but only for a month, then that mechanism breaks, and they become a single-position fan. And they do that job really well. But after hard-wiring them into the wall, it is impossible to send them back under warranty, or to replace them with something else, because we already made the holes in the wall and ceiling. And all four of them had the same problem, so it is not just an isolated issue. September 2, 2011
